ILAGA, PUNCAK | Faktadetail.com – One of the military units under the command of the Indonesian Armed Forces Operational Command HABEMA, the Task Forces of the Raider Infantry Battalion 323/Buaya Putih Kostrad, is currently conducting mobile security at the border of Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, especially in the Puncak Regency, Papua Tengah Province. On Friday, 30 August 2024, the 323 Task Forces, especially the Kotis Satgas Post led by Lieutenant Colonel Tri Wiratno, conducted Territorial activity of Social Communication (Komsos) while carrying out security duties in the Kago Village, Ilaga District. The aim of this Komsos was to foster harmonious relations with the Kago community while monitoring the security aspect in the assigned area.
The Commander of 323 Task Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Tri Wiratno, has emphasized to the Soldiers that activities to help people’s difficulties in their assigned areas are the priority in the main tasks of securing the area. Therefore, on Friday, the Soldiers, fully committed to their duties, took advantage of securing the Post by inviting the Kago children to visit the Post to have a Social Communication session.
While the Komsos took place, the Soldiers could interact and communicate with the children who visited the Post. To improve the quality of communication, the Soldiers offered lunch to the children. The children, filled with joy and excitement, welcomed the offer. Feeling treated like brothers, one of the Kago children, Alex Sondegau, said, “Thank you, Uncle 323. God bless you.”
Upon receiving the program report, the HABEMA Commanding General, Brigadier General Lucky Avianto, expressed his pride, saying, “The initiative of the 323 Task Forces to carry out Social Communication with the children of Kago Village is a shining example of the TNI’s effort to conduct inclusive Social Communication with community members in the assigned area to support the acceleration of development in the Papua region.” This positive response from the military leadership reassures the event’s success and underscores its significant and positive impact on the community, fostering a sense of hope for the future.
Prajurit HABEMA Berkomsos Ajak Anak-anak Kago Santap Siang Bersama
ILAGA, PUNCAK | Faktadetail.com – Satuan Tugas Batalyon Infanteri (Satgas Yonif) Raider 323/Buaya Putih Kostrad, salah satu Satuan Jajaran Komando Operasi HABEMA di Papua, tengah melaksanakan tugas Operasi Pengamanan Perbatasan Mobil RI-PNG, di wilayah Kabupaten Puncak, Provinsi Papua Tengah. Pada hari Jumat, 30 Agustus 2024, Satgas Yonif 323 Kostrad, khususnya Pos Kotis Satgas pimpinan Letkol Inf Tri Wiratno, melaksanakan Kegiatan Teritorial Komunikasi Sosial (Komsos) ketika melaksanakan tugas pengamanan wilayah Kampung Kago, Distrik Ilaga. Komsos ini dilakukan dengan tujuan membina hubungan harmonis dengan seluruh lapisan masyarakat Kago, sambil memantau perkembangan situasi keamanan setempat.
Komandan Satgas Yonif 323 Kostrad, Letkol Inf Tri Wiratno, telah menekankan kepada para Prajurit TNI bahwa kegiatan membantu kesulitan masyarakat di daerah tugas merupakan hal yang perlu dilakukan saat melaksanakan tugas pokok pengamanan wilayah. Oleh karenanya, hari Jumat tersebut, para Prajurit TNI memanfaatkan waktu pengamanan Pos dengan mengajak Komsos anak-anak Kago yang menyempatkan diri singgah ke Pos Satgas.
Saat Komsos berlangsung, para Prajurit TNI berkesempatan untuk berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan anak-anak yang datang ke Pos. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas Komsos, para Prajurit TNI menawarkan makan siang bersama anak-anak Kago. Merespon tawaran makan siang tersebut, anak-anak Kago yang hadir di Pos menyambutnya dengan riang gembira. Merasa diperlakukan sebagai saudara, salah satu anak-anak Kago, Alex Sondegau, berkata “Terima kasih, Om 323. Tuhan memberkati.”
“Inisiatif Satgas Yonif 323 Kostrad melaksanakan Komsos dengan anak-anak Kampung Kago, merupakan wujud pelaksanaan tugas TNI melaksanakan Komunikasi Sosial yang inklusif dengan seluruh lapisan masyarakat di Daerah Tugas guna mendukung upaya percepatan pembangunan di wilayah Papua”, ungkap Panglima HABEMA, Brigjen TNI Lucky Avianto, pasca menerima laporan kegiatan.
